the room was quite clean. i had a family room, and it was a good size for what i needed. the location was excellent near paddington station so transport was easy. the staff was helpful with storing luggage.
the breakfast selection was very basic and i feel it lacked some variety.

the location was very good, a five minute walk to paddington station. i could easily walk to hyde park. the reception staff were friendly. the room was clean.
the double bed barely fits two adults. the continental breakfast was very poor. the shower WAS small.

the proximity to paddington station was helpful for airport transit. the hotel provided a very nice full english breakfast each morning. staff members were warm and always ready to assist, i found this comforting. the neighborhood felt secure, and i appreciated its quiet nature. i had easy access to transportation and various dining options.
My room felt somewhat small. Space was limited.
